Winnie believes in social justice and equality. She is an advocate for long term societal  structural changes,   where childhood is enabled, parenthood is enabled, work life balance is enabled, where nature and life are lived in the present.

Winnie is on a journey to co design a work process for community engagement in Southwark.  At present it looks like this:

• Visualize workflow where every member of the engagement process has a visual understanding of how and where their work fits into the greater scheme of community

• A simple and cohesive network of partnerships

• Focus on the flow of our social value by understanding our communities

• Continuous improvement through harvesting our collective experiences and ideas.
